Oh my, so far I haven't seen such a top level of service in any other hotel in Japan, brilliant communication, super helpful and extremely polite staff. I took King Premium Executive room specifically to enjoy the Rainbow bridge view and I wasn't disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning, better than I expected. The room is huge and quite stylish, clean, pleasant colors of interior. We get a late check out for free and also staff kindly welcomed our request to keep our luggage for a few hours while we had a walk in the area. It's good that there is a taxi always waiting near the enterance so we don't have a mess with booking a car or waste time waiting.

We were on around 8 hotels in Japan, but this was the completely best one. The teams are great and experienced, speaks English well and knows everything! The breakfast was amazing, The services are great! (also the bus from the hotel to the airport really helped us) There is a train stop exactly on the entrance of the hotel which was great and mobile! The rooms are the best, cleaned, Greatest view ever, great facilities and TV. Obviously a 10/10 hotel, worth every single Yen!

We arrived early in the morning as we came at the end of a cruise. The staff member in reception was extremely helpful arranging our luggage storage and giving us advice and suggestions on where we could catch a water taxi to Senso ji. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a fabulous view over the bay. The hotel is located in a lovely area with great transport links into the city.

The Buffet was terrific, and the variety was great. I love the attention to detail in all the stations and the cleanliness of the items. The food tasted delicious. The rooms were made perfectly, the view was spectacular, the toiletry amenities were great, and the beds were comfortable. Oh, and the train station is 3 minutes away!

What a stunning view looking back over Tokyo. Easy to get to by taxi or train. Very comfortable beds. We had our room set up for 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids - which was manageable in the space. Daiba is a quieter area of Tokyo but well worth visiting as it is a definite contrast.
